Single Layer Packaging:
Lenapack supplies alternative films that can solve laminated structures with a single layer. Alternative films are produced with both horizontal and vertical multi-layer extrusion technologies. Film Thickness Reduction:
Thanks to the new technology polymers, the film thicknesses (by keeping the mechanical and chemical properties constant) can be significantly reduced, thus reducing the amount of raw materials used.
Multi-Layer Packaging Made of Same Materials:
Structures designed with the lamination of multi-layered and different films have made flexible packaging the most efficient and set a standard in the industry with its printing quality, barrier capabilities, efficiency in filling and bag making.
However; These multi-layer packaging, which is used as a standard, is mostly non-recyclable.
In order to overcome this, alternatives have been created to choose lamination layers from the same films and to create multi-layer structures consisting of a single film type.
